How To Travel Outside Country From RM 0.00

Hai Hai semua... Kalau waktu biasa, we will spend at least RM100 for bus fee or RM200 if travel by car rite? But today, I not spend anything for journey.

I just bring my IC and PASSPORT & don't forget to ask your hubby's permission! Pandai-pandailah ko settle khenn?

Today I will teach you the best way to become very very the cheapskate traveler! ahaks! *MALU

No No... I am not share the cost with a few friends, I just traveling with one other friend. And OOps! I not have any share in Petrol Pump OK! or PLUS Highway for free-exit toll. And of cos, I not use illegal way to got free journey at first 6 hours driving from KL.

The way I do is....... I was attached with someone going to OUTSTATION! Dah pecah rahsia....! (Rahsia lah sangat)

Sawas dee Kap! Welcome to Thailand!

Air Asia advertisement also there!

Masa sampai dah pukul 7 malam, tapi masih cerah sebab Thailand tolak satu jam dari Malaysia jadi gambar ni, sebenarnya pukul 6 petang.

Beside advantage of applying desired position, the other advantage of making friendly to many people surrounding is, they were loved to invite me to accompany them during outstation.

Ohh my... what a perfect travel for a cheapskate woman like me? LOL

Harap sangat takde ahli keluarga mahupun ipar duai yang baca blog aku ni tau... kalau tak, confirm jadi bahan bila balik kampung. LOL

So today I bring you to the most simple way to cross Thailand for beginner (sila beri tunjuk ajar). I will appear all of the budget for your reference... Some other people not comfortable to share it, but for me, it's OK... Saya akan dapat pahala as long as you applied it, insya Allah.

Sebab visa ada banyak jenis iaitu: Business Visa, Conference Visa, Diplomatic Visa, Employment Visa, Emergency Visa, Entry Visa, Journalist Visa, Medical Visa, Missionaries Visa, Permit to re-enter within 2 months, Research Visa, Student Visa, Tourist Visa, and Transit Visa.

Tahulah Agoda, but I may to list down the tips below, glad if can help you.

How to Determine Your Accommodation

1) Check your travel time either peak season or not. If you visit outside country on peak season all of the fee and charges will be increased and maybe fully booked. Your accommodation date usually close related with Flight Date, right? So plan your holiday based on that factor.

2) List down all of the signature attraction you want to go AND print the map of the place. Identify which one hotel located in central of the place. Choose hotel which  the NEAREST one so by this way you are possible to take only a few minutes walking to go anywhere, and keep your shopping material before proceed to visit the other place.

For example in Hat Yai, you have a few hotels like Tune Hotel (the cheapest and wide room), Grand Plaza Hotel (beside Lee Garden, middle of the city), The Regional (middle of the city), and Asian Hotel (in front of Factory Outlet/Diamond Plaza so jauh sikit kena jalan)

See the Lee Gardens Plaza? There you go!

3) If possible you can choose hotel which have HALAL certificate. So you can feast your free breakfast freedomly. Macam aku kat China hari tu, bayangkan selama 6 hari stay hotel 4 bintang dok breakfast rotiiiiii!

Find hotel with HALAL certificate if possible you can.

4) Determine type of room by our target person whose we to go with. Mungkin takde kesan kalau setakat pergi dengan kawan sama jantina, tapi untuk family better go for Family Room. Ada pintu tembus antara dua bilik, so easy to monitor our kids movement.

5) Bring your portable iron so easy to plan your attire during holiday... besides save money to give tips for each iron delivery to your room!

Went trough the North-South PLUS highway to Bukit Kayu Hitam. Mula-mula come across to Negeri Jelapang Padi, pastu masuk Penang, lepas cross Penang masuk Kedah balik! Hari ni baru aku tahu khen? Maaflah selama ni balik kampung aku guna Exit Taiping je! & tak sempat kira berapa jumlah tol sebab majikan yang bayar kan, jadi my friend simpan resit je =)

Mula-mula, cop passport semasa lalu Imigresen Malaysia dan parking kereta di Duty Free Complex. In the other option is, you also can pass trough by car at only RM50-70 of charges. Tapi leceh, kena bawak geran kereta sekali.

So frens.. I not prefer to take risk. If something bad happen with the car quite leceh to resolve. We just leaved our vehicle in Duty Free Complex and cross border by walking in 10 minutes. Parking Fee pun bukanlah mahal sangat.

Besides you can draw your cash at final one of Maybank ATM in the Duty Free Complex. I also change my cash into Thailand Bath at this place. 10Baht = RM1

A few minutes of walking to Thailand Immigration. Just pay RM2 for Boarding Pass and they will filled the form (I don't need to sign).

Sadao Boundary Post.

 The counter of Thailand Immigration.

Line up at counter, stand in front the camera for verification and pay RM1-2 as pedestrian charges (duit kopi). Then walk trough to the border gate. You are now safely arrived at Dannok, Thailand!

The shuttle counter.

Go to counter in front of 7E for shuttle commuter. Just pay 114 Baht for 2 person so they will:

1) Send anywhere you want to, include the exact place you want to (Hotel). If come by bus they were not necessary drop you infront the hotel and the worst case maybe you had to walk a few minutes.

2) 45 minutes journey to Hadyai. Also you can go Songkhla, Hat Yai Airport etc.

The shuttle commuter (commuter lah sangat... pick up truck sebenarnya)

During at Dannok if some other people might be come and offer prostitute. The best way is just refuse them with smile/gentle. Ingat, don't be impolite. It could be dangerous to us!

In few minutes of walking you can easily find Thai Massage Services, Hair Saloon, Tattoo Services, Tom Yam Restaurant and the garment shop! They were signature attraction services in Hat Yai! Refer to my previous entry OK!

Jarak Pasar Besar agak jauh dari hotel... So you also can use shuttle taxi as low as 20 Baht per person. Tut tut (the shuttle) can be find anywhere.

Kereta comel ni tut tut orang panggil. Bukan kentut tau.

Bayaran serendah RM2 seorang, pergilah mana-mana yang berdekatan.

Posing sikit, hehe... Masa berenti kat traffic light merah, ada minah Thai yang menunggang motor sempat tegur, cakap mekap aku cantik. *SHY

Tut tut ni laju jugak tau... Masa naik ni teringat zaman kegemilangan Bas Mini 222 masa awal 90-an dulu.

Punyalah laju tut tut sampai terbang baju kat tepi-tepi kedai!

The scenery.

Sibuk betul.

Many stall to buy food. Harga standard macam di Malaysia.

I love to buy toys for kids esp dengan penjaja jalanan. I bought a bird toys with RM3.50.

The teenagers also sell a toys.

Masa balik Malaysia, cuma gostan je step yang aku cerita kat atas. Bezanya masa cross Imigresen Thailand tu ada pakcik motor yang offer bawak korang masuk duty free. Sebab balik dari Thailand confirm banyak barang ko beli... takkan larat nya kalau jalan kaki hatta 10 minit sekalipun. Bayaran RM3 je tapi kami hulur RM10 sebab kawan aku sian tengok pak cik tu.

Sampai je Duty Free Complex terus tukar duit Ringgit Malaysia. Tapi sayang diorang tak terima duit syiling, ah frust.

Sapa-sapa nak beli parfume & alat solek dipersilakan.

Nothing to shop bcos bosan je jenama-jenama dia. Nak balik ahh

Welcome home to Malaysia. Immigration Complex at Bukit Kayu Hitam.

Kereta yang bertali arus masuk ke Malaysia.

Last but not least, I also want to thank my best friend to bring me until Hatyai. Experienced to cross border both of the countries is the best lesson that teached me. Hopefully I can go Thailand again in future. Next entry I will write about Valentine celebration held on last Thursday, until we see soon, take care.
